Our bed & breakfast rooms 

are inside a nice and quiet apartment which has been recently redecorated. 

The flat is provided with two just refurbished 

large bedrooms, and a smaller one, 

equipped with every comfort. 

Our guests are free to spend their time and stay in the apartment as they like.

The apartment is located between 

S.Giovanni in Laterano Basilica and Colosseum, 

a central and touristic area of the city.

You can reach walking the most important monument of Rome: Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi,

Piazza di Spagna, Terme of Caracalla, 

Circo Massimo and the church of S.Maria Maggiore.

You can easily reach also S.Peter Basilica and 

Castle S.Angel

Thanks to the metro station, that is a five minute walk from the apartment, (Line A San Giovanni or Line B Colosseo)  
you can easily reach every part of the city. 
Moreover thanks to its position center them, 
to catch up the Bed & Breakfast is simplest, it is for who arrives in airplane, it is for who arrives in train or car 
(that it can be parked on road or on garages guarded with every day rates).
